项目简介

通过参与不同的项目、轮岗、课程培训、督导等方式,为中国地区培养工程技术相关领域(化学工艺工程 / 化工自动化 / 数字技术 / 维修 / 安全等)的专业技术骨干

项目为期2年,在各工厂核心部门进行轮岗

项目结束后将根据公司需要并结合个人发展状况和意愿,分配至具体专业技术骨干岗位,并继续提供个人持续发展方面的支持

岗位要求

2020年化工相关专业应届硕士毕业生;特别优秀的本科毕业生可被考虑;

优良的英文读写听能力;

具有团队合作精神,优秀的逻辑思维,沟通能力,持续学习和解决问题能力

Position:2020 Engineer Development Program
Recruiting numbers: 4

Location: to rotate among our China sites; Mainly in Zhejiang Ningbo/Tianjin/Shandong/Jiangsu

Reports to: TBC;
Purpose: Rotational program for identification of best technical talent
- Engineer Development Program which is to build the ranks of technical competency throughout China;
- Provide opportunity for high capability candidates to find good fit to skills and interests
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
- Rapidly develops expertise in the area of rotational assignment;
- Independently completes progressively challenging project work;
- Develops skills in data analysis and project management
Job Context (the Nature & Scope of the Business)
During this two-year program, participants will have diverse assignments with business skills training and team collaboration sessions in between. Candidates may be required to relocate during their tenure in the program.
Participants are engaged in a range of learning experiences including cross functional assignments, mentoring, assessments, and career planning and networking. These experiences are provided by rotating to various sites and through annual training programs offered only to those who are program participants. These annual training events include networking opportunities with our executive leadership team.

任职要求:
Requirements:
1- 2020 Master Degree graduates, major in Chemical relative disciplines, in mechanical or instrument;
Bachelor degree with excellent learning capability will also considered;
2- Good English (verbal and writing), CET 6 or above;
3- Team-work spirit;
4- Good logic thinking, problem solving skills;
5- Strong interest in developing Technical/Technological knowledge
6- Willing to work in manufacturing sites
