Job Description:
A 2-year program in which Business Analysts play an important role in the development of client projects. Duties include:
*Data and information gathering from qualitative primary research such as in-depth interviews in person and by phone
*Data analysis
*Quantitative Model Building
*Working directly with CMR’s senior management to develop strategic recommendations for clients
Job Qualifications:
Business Analysts typically join CMR after graduating with a master’s degree from the highest caliber of schools, or after 1-2 years’ work experience in a non-strategy consulting field. We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds and majors.
Career Path:
After the Business Analyst program runs for 2 years. During your 2 years, you will rotate through different projects on various sectors to help develop strategies for clients. CMR's rotating career path plan helps Business Analysts learn about many different industries and consulting functions.
At the end of 2 years, some Business Analysts leave to pursue careers in industry or to continue studies. We have CMR alumni/ae working in companies like Alibaba, Starbucks, Trip. Others have left to pursue MBAs and other higher education degrees at Wharton & Duke. Others are promoted directly to the Analyst position and have been with the company for over 10 years.
